Employment Process
Our employment process is divided into three stages. For us the interview is more of a discussion, during which we want to learn more about you and your competencies. In the same time you will get an impression of our business. Our questions and discussion issues are based on real problems of our clients. We are mostly interested in your approach, as well as how you argue and come to your conclusions.
We are not looking for a certain "right" answer with our interview questions. More important for us is that your argumentation is structured and that you have and use analytical skills to solve complex problems. Your answer should be based on your creativity and experience. The Advisory Group is interested in measurable and realizable approaches for our clients - these are the criteria we value.
